You don't have to do this alone.

Grieving a loss can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable.

This means it’s a group that has the same 4-8 people the whole time. People can’t sign up and join at anytime.

$50 per person, per week (paid 4 weeks at a time).

A blend of peer support and psycho-education

Many people think there are stages to grief or a checklist that they have to work through and then they’re done with the heartache! I hate to be the barrier of bad news, but grief isn’t linear, it’s more like a roller coaster. There is hope though. The constant pain you feel won’t be as sharp, it’ll change and feel/look different over time.

This group is for you if:

  • You are within your first year of grieving a loved one

  • You feel alone in your grief and are seeking community

  • You want practical tools to navigate difficult emotions

  • You appreciate a warm, supportive, non-judgmental environment
